My CS4 is stuck on the hand tool....for some odd reason. I can't change it to anything else! Can't zoom in zoom out, can't use crop, can't use clone or paintbrush......just the hand. Any idea why this has happened? I closed the program and restarted it and it is still stuck on the hand when it reopens. Kinda hard to edit!

Did you try rebooting the computer?
If that doesn't fix it, I would try reinstalling over itself, and if it's still jacked up deleting the user preferences file(s).

Try this:
Quote: "The solution to get rid of this problem is very simple: close and open up again Photoshop, go to Edit, Preferences and click on Reset all Warnings Dialog (CTRL+K in Windows to get straight to the Preferences window). It should work now "End Quoute Source: Photoshop Stuck on Hand Tool | Tech Blog It worked for me with CS4.
