It's times like these that I'm so grateful for all the expertise I've found on these forums! Thanks in advance for your advice.
I've really been dragging my feet in the area of post processing, just diddling around with iPhoto to make little changes. Finally got up my courage and loaded PS Elements 8 for Mac and have started to play around with it. It comes with Bridge, which looks like it would be a really helpful way to organize my photos. "The Missing Manual" for PSE 8 warns me that if I attempt to open an iPhoto file in Bridge, it will corrupt my iPhoto -- yikes! So far I've figured out how to get my iPhoto files into PSE to edit them, and I'm tickled with the results. But when I save the edited versions back to JPG files, they get stored somewhere in iPhoto and I can't get them back into the main iPhoto library. What I'd really like to do is to get those photos I've edited in PSE into Bridge for organizing and storing, but can't figure out how to do that safely. Tearing my hair out ...... ![]() Help! ![]() Thanks!
