Hi guys! I found these wonderful shots today and i was wondering if anyone of you guys knows to get the same effect? (Lightroom, Photoshop, whatever)

Looking at the pictures it looks like a cross processed effect where they would process one film in the chemicals intended for another giving the colour shifts and tints.
To get close to this style in digital you would edit the Curves of each colour channel for the image to give it the distinct tones. I would also recomend to get the style your after maybe over exposing the shots while shooting or in processing. As for the effects: Cross Processing in Photoshop - color negative art effect | PhotoshopSupport.com You wouldnt have to add the yellow tone you could change it to which ever you like. You might want to take a look at Pioneer Woman's Photoshop Action Sets. She has a few actions that produce almost exactly what you are looking for. You can also browse through the Photoshop Plugins/actions thread, which will point you to a lot of resources.
