Lightroom Zooming

When you zoom an image in the full view, how can you tell at what percentage your image is at? Meaning at you viewing it at 100% 200% or 400%. In Bridge it tells you as you zoom but I cant figure it out in Lightrooom.

In the left panel, above the "Navigator" there are some settings. One says: 1:1 on the right side of this you can set a custom zoom like 1:4 (which would be 400%)

I got that part, but what about when you're in full view with no panels or options visible, meaning the image take up the whole screen?

In Bridge you can view them by hitting the space bar. I like to preview my images that way because you can really see the the whole image nice and big.
