Please help... I have no idea!!!!

Hi everyone - this is really embarrising but I really have very little idea about photoshop so I'm asking the most basic question but no matter how much I google I can't find any answers quickly! ....

Attached are two photographs, can someone PLEASE tell me what processing they did to get this effect? I know about the Vignette, but it's the colour tones that are set for each photograph this photographer took.

Is there tutorials somewhere on how to make your own personalised photoshop output of photographs? I know in my head how I want my photos to look, but I have no idea how to achieve it.

Looks like they desaturated added a little bit of sepia. The image is a little small to tell.

could have been a sepia tone with a little of the original color brushed back using the History Brush or using Layers

From what I can see, in Lightroom do this:
- desaturate
- bring clarity way down
- add a strong vignette
- add some sepia via split-toning

For more I would need a way bigger version
