Default How do I install/import new LIghtroom presets???

Very new to Lightroom, already LOVING it! I found a site where I could download some free presets, so I chose one I liked (Velvia) and downloaded it. I have no idea what to do with it from there. I see the Velvia zip file on my desktop, and I've read many posts on how to import presets on a Mac. Yet every time I follow the instructions (right click on an already installed preset in LR, and choose import, etc...) I never get the "import" option. When I right click on an existing preset, my only options are "New Folder" and "Export". I really can't figure this out, and I'm going nuts here. Can anyone help me? Thank you!!!

Ok, I just did that and the one preset that I downloaded is visible on the desktop but I'm not able to import it. Maybe I didn't download it correctly? When I click on the download link, I get a zip file that is saved to my desktop. Am I supposed to do something else with it from there, before I'm able to import it to LR? Confusing! Thank you Zona for getting me this far...who can take me the rest of the way?? :-)

Default Zip File

Perhaps you need to open the Zip file and save the contents to a folder and go from there. Do you have winzip or the equivalent Mac one?

Cheers,

If you're on a Mac, theres a develop preset folder in your library, drop the files in there and restart LR, then they should show up.
