Default So many questions - LR, CS4 and workflow

I am trying to nail down my workflow and usually do everything in Lightroom. When I'm done I export my RAW images and save as JPGs in a new folder on my drive. Here is where I choke.

I want la set of reduced size images for myself for my facebook page, etc, and as set of high quality images for client disc. Should I do two sets of exports from Lightroom or is there a better way to get those results?

This also ties into my next question - lately I have been experimenting with actions in CS4 on the images I have edited in LR. Should I be working on full size or reduced size images when I get to this stage? Does it matter?

My last question - batch resizing - how do I batch resize in either ACR, Bridge or CS4? Or is this a non issue if II've already created a folder of resized images from LR? I guess sometimes I have sets of images that I haven't already processed in LR and want to load right to my FB page on the web. Need them resized and sharpened for web. .

HELP
I feel like I am totally fumbling here. Maybe someone could give me an example of their workflow.

I would export and save only the hi rez set that you need for printing or for a client disc. For the low rez stuff for FB, export directly to FB and don't even create a low rez copy. Here is a link to a swell plug in exactly for this purpose: Jeffrey Friedl's Blog » Jeffrey’s Lightroom Goodies (Plugins and Tools)

I always try to work on the largest size until I have to reduce it for printing or what ever.

That plug in will do this for your uploads. For other stuff, my workflow starts with imports into lightroom, then if I work something in PS and save it, the edit shows up back in LR - from there I can select one to many, export them and resize if necessary.
