Default B&W picture with color

I was wondering if you could help me. I am taking a photography class and while experimenting in Photoshop, I realized how much I like the black and white photo effect with a little bit of color. Example: just the eyes are colored in the photo, the rest of the face is black and white. I am curious to know what the easiest way in CS4 is to accomplish this?

Here's how to do it:

To convert to Black & White then selectively colourize

New adjustment layer> Hue/Saturation
De-saturate
F7 (or click on layer mask)
Press ”D”
Click on brush tool
Brush over parts to colourize
Flatten/Save

Regards, Ken
