Ok so I have come to the conclusion that I need to keep my RAW and JPEG files separate. Well unfortunately I wasnt doing that before. I have decided to have a directory called RAW and one called JPEG. Every folder under that will be identical. But I would like to go threw my existing files without having to go threw every folder one by one. Does anyone know of a script or program that will look for my RAW file types and move them to another folder in the RAW directory while keeping the sub-folder structure identical.

Mac or PC? I did an applescript like this that separated: RAW, JPG, TIFF, and PSD files each into their own folders. I had to run it on each date folder, but once in there it was a one click process.
