help with post production

i was trying to take a picture of a friends pregnant belly for her baby shower and I cant seem to tone down the light on the right and now there is a pink hue to the capture as well.. can anyone offer some suggestions?

You can't fix the light on the right, it's blown out so there's no detail there.
Where'd the pink come from?

I reckon try and take another one.

Never mind with the light on the right .. this pic looks good . You might like to reduce the exposure a bit ..

i would either retake or maybe a contrasty black and white conversion?

well, you can do a "skin graft" if you can't reshoot.
