Default GIMP help, please! Batch??

I'm working in Windows XP. Is there a batch plug-in available?

Here is an example of where I need help.
I have 25 RAW files that I want to process to jpegs. I want to end up with one set for print, and a second set for the web (adding a teeny bit of sharpening and my watermark). All of them were taken in the same light and with the same exposure settings. I process one file the way I want it to be. Is there anyway to take those settings and automate the processing of the next 24 files?

Thanks so much!

I guess you may find what you are looking for here: GIMP Plugin Registry | A repository of optional extensions for the GIMP.

Thanks! I've been reading through that site for a few days. I need some hand holding, I guess. I wasn't sure which plug-in was the right one for my objective. I thought the Photolab plug-in was the right one, then I started reading the download instructions and got confused.
