Overall I think it looks pretty good. I like the composition of this shot. It would be nice if the hair on the left side the face (her right) was pulled back so it did not come across the cheek.
Did you do any post processing? One thing you might look at trying is masking out the eyes so you can lighten them up just slightly.

Many thanks for the feedback. Yes I did some post processing. I only adjusted the brightness and contrast using Picasa 3. I also did some cropping.
