Default Boudoir... How would you do this different?

I did my first Boudoir session this past week and really enjoyed it, so now I'm wanting to improve all around... Is there any advice on composition, model placement/positioning or anything of that sorts you'd change?

Camera: Nikon D80
Exposure: 0.008 sec (1/125)
Aperture: f/2.0
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 250
Exposure Bias: +5 EV
Flash: No Flash

I was working with poor lighting so had to do a fair amount of post editing to get this bright enough.....

Any advice/criticism would be appreciated! Thanks!

Love the pose...nice shot. Only critique is that her eyes seem to have some under eye circles I would have touched up, and the brightness on her face seems to blend her cheek in with her chest. Few photoshop corrections is all I'd suggest.

Thank you everyone

Question, how would you get rid of the eye bags and increase the visibility of her jaw line? I'm still learning PS...
