Well, I'm not a photojournalist or anything of the sort, but I took this picture when a local lady drove her SUV onto a train trestle and got it stuck. She was drunk.



You can't tell in this photo, but her two passenger side tires are off the trestle completely. She is fine, but faces heavy charges.

I try to cover as many events as possible in my town. Maybe this isn't all considered photojournalism, you tell me.

There have been several "Tea Party" protests here, as we're the state capital.


We also have a fairly large and active GLBT population, so the yearly pride parade is a pretty big thing.
