How do I acheive this look?

Hi everyone!

I'm sorry I can't post a specific picture from this photographer's site, but if you look at her site, most of her pictures have the same feel and look. Almost over exposed but still vibrant and bright. Do you all think that this is due to her camera settings or more post production? If it's post production, how would you acheive this look in photoshop? Here's the link:

It looks like High Key and Bleach Bypass, there are lots of tutorials on Bleach Bypass in photoshop on google and is the effect you see on the coloured images. There is also a tutorial on this site for shooting High Key it may help if you start out looking there and working towards what your trying to achieve.
