Help! Double Shoot Tomorrow...

Hello Everyone!
I had a request to do some portraits tomorrow in the Public Gardens. Basically it's two different style shoots in one afternoon. One is of the baby, about 5-6 months old, can sit up on his own but can not stand. Some will include his Mother. The other shoot is of a young aspiring model, basically looking for some head shots and other portfolio building shots.

My problem is my limited amount of time to plan this double shoot and how to make it all work. If anyone has any ideas for poses that could be done in a public garden setting for either subject, I would appreciate your responses!

Have you done similar shots before? If so, look back at what you did as a starting point (especially if in the same place). If you haven't done anything similar, then it is a whole different ballgame.
