Since the two subjects in the photo you posted weren't wearing much beyond gloves (and you didn't have a link crediting your source), I've replaced it with one of my own photos that shows the same idea. It is often referred to as "multiplicity" and makes use of a camera set at a fixed point (eg. on a tripod) and then blending several photos of the same person in different poses together.
Given some ingenuity (and perhaps other people or props to stand in for the other poses in the frame) you can come up with quite intricate arrangements. Check the multiplicity tag on Flickr for lots of examples. Wulf |

I'm so glad you explained that you replaced the original example with one of your own - I was about to say "I don't know how he did it, but he looks daft.."
Obviously, the man in the picture doesn't look daft at all.. And that's a pretty good example of photographic multiplicity. Digital Camera magazine did an article on how to do it a few months ago - their version had the same guy appearing about twenty times in a wide shot of a pub.By the way - I like the look of that acoustic bass! ![]() Russ.

Try searching for "Multi-Mom: how to clone yourself" in the "How I took it" section. You will find that a great help. I followed the instructions on that and had some great fun!
Sorry, I didn't know how to link it.
