I popped out to a small bird park last weekend and took some photo's of my little niece.
I borrowed a 50mm f1.8 prime lense which I used for most of the pictures. I soon realised that at full open aperature things can get a little soft so some of the photos could have been sharper but all in all I am still fairly happy with the results. Here is just three examples of many I took. ps-im happy to recieve comments although this thread might then get moved to critique.

nice shots. for me though everything else can be soft with little ones but i find you have to have sharp eyes. these would benefit from that so much imo.
