Default Ashley at Sun Set

Finally got out and took some more pictures.



Used an AB800 with reflector camera right.
I really wanted to use my softbox but 60km winds don't help.

Nice work Jason just wish you had added a rim light to provide some more separation from the background. Especially her arm area by her hand.

I learned very quickly: umbrellas (even small ones) with a breeze do NOT make good stable lights

Nice going, though, as always

Sandbags..... bag the hell out of it.

Or my solution when shooting on a beach. Hammer in a pole into the sand and then bungee the light stand to that.

HPL's (human powered lightstands) are more portable and you don't have to carry them around unless they're injured.
