shooting a guy...... Weird at first and then just seemed normal LOL! Probably my 2 favorite of a 30 minute session in a parking lot.

Nice work man. Thought I would post my thoughts about the photos though.

#1.

Looks a little tad out of focus. Might just be my eyes but I am wanting to see the face a bit sharper. The comp is nice and I really like it to. The suit it self is lit up enough so it doesn't totally blend into the black how ever a rim light could add a cool look and just make it pop a tad more.

#2.

Nice pose. Looks like it could be a tad sharper how ever I swear its is my eyes. I just got off work and was staring at a computer all day. One thing I would watch for is the backgrounds. Even though it is simple enough there is a horizontal line cutting right through his neck which isn't a big deal but it's something i been nagged about many times.

Sweet photos man!!

Jason: It seems out of focus to me too. EVer so slightly, like a DoF shift.

Looking at the bottom image, his pants seem blurred but his eyes still have sharp-ish catchlights.

Can you post the Exif data for those shots. Thanks

Great shots by the way, and yes the second one is a little out of focus from the arms down.
Still looks great to me though.

hmm.. I don't know the intended purpose of these shots but.. here are my observations..

Why is he holding hands in both the shots..?? that's a little weird..

Also his facial expression seems to be almost similar.. may be a smile whould have been better in the second shot.. his arms and facial expressions convey that he is not relaxed during the shot..

One funny thing though is that he looks like Frankenstein in a suit in the first shot.. lol..

Default Nice

I personally like them.

Like others stated the pants were a bit out of focus but to me it's not that big of a deal with this shot and the eyes looked good.

What lighting did you use for these shots? I really like the lighting on the first photo.
