Default Shallow depth of field

Trying to work with a shallow DOF. Shot at 1/200 sec at f2.5 w 50mm 1.8 The Idea was to get just her eyes in focus this was the best one. (minus that stupid bra strap that ruins the picture for me) Oh well Im learning everyday

Although the shallow DoF does make the strap much less noticeable. In fact, I didn't really think much of it until you mentioned it. It's a very effective shot.

the bra strap does throw it off a lil bit.
but the whole focusing on just her eyes,
looks amazing. its almost like her eyes just draw you in.
but it is a very nice picture though.

Also, since it's a shallow DoF, it would be very easy to clone out the strap.

Bah: Off with the bra if it bothers you.

Youve got great focus on this one!
