Question Photo shoot tonight - need some help

I've had a bit of experience photographing people, but I need some help with this one. I have a photoshoot scheduled for this evening with this local singer, Cherokii (music will play so either kill it or mute your speakers):

She is fully aware of her weight but I need some tips and techniques for doing headshots for her. She's been taking all of her own photographs and she's hired me to take some headshots for her next single. I'm looking for some posing techniques to help mitigate the angles as best as possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Sorry you didn't get any help - hope it went well.

Thanks for the well wishing. Unfortunately when people see one of these types of challenges I don't except much of a response for fear of "you told me the wrong thing" syndrome. The shoot itself went well, it's now the post-production challenges and the "make me thinner" requests that I'm working through.

Thanks

I'm glad it went well - would love to see the results if you care to share.

My wife, who looks like Kate Jackson, wanted me shoot some portraits before I headed off to the Persian Gulf on assignment. This event happened when we were engaged 30 years ago. So, I shot the portraits a few days before departing. As soon as I got to Saudi Arabia, I had the film processed, made prints and sent them off to her. A few weeks later I received a letter (yes, this was before cellphones and email) and she didn't like anything I shot and should call off the engagement. I wrote back, "A photographer I am, a plastic surgeon I'm not." We're still married, going on 29 years.
