Default My Brother's Portrait

This is my first picture post, woo! The picture is of my brother while he was home on leave from the Army.. What do you think? Lighting? Exposure? Composition? Any adivice or critiques would be greatly appreciated!

iso 200
focal length 15.4mm
no flash
shot in portrait mode
used a 500w photo flood for lighting..

I like the creativity and the poses and clothes you got him in. May I suggest that you move your light a little to one side or the other, it appears that you have it shining almost directly in front of him which tends to flatten the pictures some, but they look pretty good to me. Thanks for sharing.

He's a dork.. He doesn't smile.. Plus he's tough infantry guy so no smiling!! haha.. I wasn't really sure about the light.. I had it in the center, but left or right is better? I'll try that next time.. thanks for the suggestion..
