Its been a while since I posted any new photos. I busted up my right arm and am not supposed to be using it for about a month. No lifting lights, light stands, or a 5d with a 70-200 lens
![]() Anyway, I toughed it out. Last shoot I did with Paige was quite different if any one recalls. (http://www.flickr.com/photos/jasongrover/2965598455/) Any way this time we went for a more "sexier" look. Now I am a little iffy on the facial expression on her face. Would of been better if there was a bit more expression but I figure if would be a good example to try out some new tricks I been playing with. Been trying to slowly learn how to add more depth to the models body. I'm not sure if it worked but I am happy either way LOL ![]() Camera left and up high. I'm gonna have to agree that her face looks like a porcelain doll, very strange, but the rest is very nice as is the other one on your flickr, her face looks the same there too, maybe it's just her. Still I'm always a fan of your work.

i came here looking for your work wonderng "i winder is J has posted anything cool"
yup the body looks great (i'm speaking prodominantly of the lighting and skin tone) but as above the face is a bit flat.. not enough shadow as seen on the rest of the body. albeit.. its still a nice pic, i'd be proud of it if it was mine.

Like the skintones and the black against the neutrality of the rest of the image. Pretty cool despite the slightly weird expression.

I posted another one on my flickr in a pink dress. Not even sure if it is accessible anymore though. Looks like some one put in a complaint on my flickr account and now there blocking quite a bit of my content to non members. As for my arm. I ripped the muscle in my forearm aka tennis elbow. Thats what the Dr thinks but the pain is just getting worse so going back for xrays next week. PS. I showed my buddy the new pics of Paige regarding the porcelain face and thought he would be a good judge since he knows her very well. He agrees that is just how she looks. Hm, maybe a different makeup, one to unflatten her face next time?

Actually, I'm quite a fan of that "porcelain doll" look.
I'm a fan of your work in general Jason - without wanting to add a case of swollen-head to the tennis-elbow - I like the way you explain how you lit your pictures, there's something about that coupled with the picture that just makes sense, and makes it easy to understand what's going on. Not only are you a man clearly surrounded by beatiful women, you're also a good learning resource! Thanks! Russ.
