I am an editor of a Newsletter.
Early next year there will be a comittee meeting and I would like to take a photograph of all individuals to publish in the Newsletter (PDF distribution). Are there any tips on how to take the photographs. Each can be standing or sitting, it will be indoors with standard lighting if somewhat poor. Head and shoulders pose. Should all be posed in the same way, what sort of back drop? I shall have to be quick there will be lots of other distractions at the time. Thankyou

Are you doing them all as individuals? What sort of newsletter? Fun? professional?
If the people are to be done individualy and it's for business purposes then I would say to take them in a uniform manner. I meant by a similar background and pose. Is there a wall that is neutral? Perhaps by a tree? If it's more of a fun thing, then go all out and work it.

Thanks for your comments Windrider
This is a fun Newsletter for common thinking people in a caravan club My contributions are amateur, simply because there is no other willing to make communications. I wish to photograph the Committee after being appointed to their posts I will try to find a common background neutral if possible, head and shoulders posed at different orientations and may be some additional lighting
