Default Need Feedback on my first studio portraits

Hi All .. please take a look and let me know what you think. I have a paying gig next week to do headshots so I'm practicing away when I can. I had some trouble with my fill light (wasn't firing properly .. issue with the switch actually) .. so we tried using a reflector as well for fill. I know the room that I will be in at the client's office has a window so I might use that for fill. Thanks in advance for all comments! I need to learn!

First off I'm no expert but I will offer my point of view.....
Img1773- Looks good overall but the lighting is a little intense on the side of her face.
Img1809- Could have use some top light on hair(It seems to fade into the dark background)

So overall your work is very good, If your not going for the high contrast look I would add better fill light to balance out the images.

Just my 2 cents.

Lighting is a bit too intense. Some portions of her face are blown out considerably.

Img 1808 is a step in the right direction. Good pose but too much exposure. I would try a longer lens to get some compression. Either cut back on the light or adjust your EV level.

I liked the 3d-ness of 1784, but it could use a little fill on camera right.

1832 is nice but her hair seems a bit dark. I'd say the same about 1808.

I like what I see, but it seems like the light is a touch too hot and that you could use some extra fill for some parts.
