B+W portrait

Hi guys wouldnt mind some comments about this shot. I converted this from color obviously but i want to know how the convert went to b+w i wanted that really contrasty shots. what you think???

I like the conversion however (there always is a however isn't there?) I feel that the lighting setup is wrong in this image. The light is stronger on her body and leg which draws attention to that part of the image and away from her face. (unless you were trying to put the focus on that part of the subject) It would be better to move the light to a different position.

it was shot with only a 1500w flash. I think i should have had a model light on her face too unfortunately. Learning for next time, but yeah maybe some more light up on her face would be the right move.

Agreed The attention is drawn to the raised leg, when for this type of shot I think it needs to be face first, boobs second, legs third Cool shot and comp though!

Very cool shot. I didn't notice the lighting until I looked back, but agree that my attention was drawn elsewhere than her face. I'm still working on a lot of lighting issues myself - so sorry not much help. I just thought I'd tell you I liked the fun of the shot. Good dof.
