Default Portrait catchlights

Hello everyone,
I had been searching for the article on portrait catchlights and I came across this article. It tells about how to photograph the catchlights in studio-setup. Is it not possible with natural lights. Please help me. How should I position the subject so that I can use natural light for creating catchlights.

Catchlights are specular (front surface) reflections of a light source. To get catchlights in natural-light photography, face your subject so the sun reflects off of the eye.

That's pretty much it.

I just move my subject until I see light in their eyes, before I click the shutter. I also use a reflector, and I always wear a white shirt when shooting (acts as another reflector). If you're shooting outdoors, shoot from slightly above so your subject is looking up a bit; they'll get light in their eyes from the sky. If shooting indoors, use a large window and angle them towards it.

These are all natural light:

4web | Flickr - Photo Sharing! (backlit; catchlights are from a white reflector 45 degrees to subject, camera left)

So Sweet | Flickr - Photo Sharing! (sliding glass doors camera left, no reflector)
