Lightbulb wedding photography

Hi guy.

Now i have taken about 3 weddings for friends and family and they have all enjoy the work i have produce for them. But i have been recommend to someone who has just took on a cancellation for there wedding next month. And because of that short notice they have found it hard to find a photographer for that date. Now i have said i would do it, But because i don't know them they would have to sign a disclaimer that i have no responsibility for lose or standard of work that i produce. They have seen my work and they are happy with it, But still don,t want to take that chance.

Have any of you guys got any suggestion on how to right the disclaimer for that purpose. Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks

barry

how 'bout:

"Confirmation of Understanding
I am an amateur photographer. I agree to take pictures at your wedding but there is no guarantee that you will get even a single useful image. It is also a possibility I will get sick from nerves and not even show up. You fully understand and accept this risk.
Signed"

Seriously... the wording maybe a bit far a field but the essence of what you want to script is there. If there is money involved, you should detail that as well - when you get paid, what if you no show, etc...
Good luck.
