Default Working through eyeglass glare

I am doing some practice with my girlies today to work through the eye glass glare issue. Here are my results with details about what I did. I was using my 50mm, f4, iso 200, 1/160, flash at 1/8 power bounced to camera right with a 2nd reflector camera left for a bit of fill. I tried different angles, cpl and not cpl. My younger daughter has expensive glasses since she is a lifer and has to wear them all the time. I had far less glare issues with her. My older one has cheap-o glass since she only wears hers for reading. Lotsa glare with her.

Any tips or CC here would be greatly HUGELY appreciated. Larger sized images on flickr. Thanks so much!!

PS-older girl kept gripping and complaining that I had better not post any of these on facebook cause she hadn't brushed her hair, lol. That why the grouchy face in all of them.

Looks like the CPL didn't do much. Facing the subject away from the light is the most foolproof plan to eliminate reflections.

I think I saw Joe McNally deal with it on a corporate shoot by moving his light overhead (almost table top position) and a bit forward of the subject. I think the key is to angle the reflection away from the lens.

Thanks!! This was a $20 cpl from Best Buy, the only one that I could find locally, so I am sure that it does not do that great of a job compared to better quality filters. It seems that it might help as well to set my main reflector up on something and angle my flash up more. I've got some headshots coming up soon and I need to nail this.
