Thanks Jason. Great tips.

I recently asked some NICU nurses about warming the baby blankets as it seemed logical to be to keep baby warm and happy.

They said NEVER WARM BABY BLANKETS as it can be very dangerous. Babies are not able to regulate their temperature and overheat easily. Wheat bags that are heated in the microwave also have hot spots and could burn.

I hope you don't take offense at me posting this, but I have so often seen reference to heating baby blankets, I think it important that people know.
