I got a Canon T2i for Christmas and have been stuying and shooting nonstop since. This site has been a very valuable place to learn. Tomorrow I am taking my 15 yr old daughter out and about to find some interesting places to practice shooting people (her). I don't have any off camera lighting yet so I will be using available light and some DIY reflectors. Can anyone give me any last minute advice and/or tips?

I don't know how this ended up in post processing. I thought I clicked "other". I don't know how to move it. Moderators?

It was moved from "General" (where it didn't belong) to here (where it still doesn't belong). Should be in the People/Portraits technique section.
As far as your question: Use the 50mm lens, set around f/2.8. Always focus on the eyes. Be careful of stuff growing out of her head. Get creative with it. Most importantly: Have fun!
