Default Help :(

Extremely overexposed. Shot in RAW and for some odd reason, can't correct.

I don't know what to do other than turn into a b/w

The problem is you have 'blown' your highlights. In other words, they are so overexposed that they have lost all detail. What RAW processor are you using? The newer versions of Adobe Camera Raw have a 'Recover' setting which might be able to do something, otherwise a blown highlight is a blown highlight.

The recovery slider is great for small adjustments, but when highlights are this blown, it just won't be of any help.

Any way of re-shooting in better light?

Nope, this is blown right out. No way to fix this. Next time: shoot for the highlights and use a reflector.

I am using DPP for RAW processing. I like it. I tried ACR and wasn't too fond of it. Actually it was the reflector that caused this It was placed angled to bounce light on the right side and it was a bit too close I'm afraid.

Out of curiosity, why did you have the reflector on the right side? Judging from the shadows going to the left, the light was coming from the right. It looks like you shot when the sun was too harsh. Moving them just into the shade of one of the trees would have given you much nicer and softer light; you could have then used the reflector to bounce some light into their eyes.
