Default Creative Ideas for tasteful boudoir photos

Hi! I have the oppurtunity to do a great favor for a friend that wants to take some pictures for her husband for the holidays. As i have only done pics of myself for my husband and i did what i was comfortable with. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or thoughts on poses or places to do for a friend? I know this is a wide topic but any ideas will be grat to add to the ones i have already! I have been lookng at alot of examples of this online AND I LOVE the pics I think I need to get more friends to do this, especially with the holidays coming. Would love to capture some of these awesome hot shots for their loved ones! I think I have found a new liking! lol
Thanks guys! Have a great day!

I think today’s “hot” is yesterday’s sleazy.

You may want to check out some of the tastefully done glamour shots of movie stars of the 30s, 40s and 50s. old movie stars - Google Search

Fabulous bed linens, lovely lingerie that doesn’t look like a whore would wear it. No crotch or boob-down-to-there shots.

Lighting is most important.

In the end, it depends on what the client wants, but if I were the photographer or the subject I would go for erotic glamour and not sleaze.

50s Pin-up is the way to go.

It's very in right now too, what with the Burlesque revival that's been happening in the last few years.

I dig this too! The pin up look, along with the rat rod cars. Of course, that's not really boudoir.

You can go boudoir with it though especially if you go a bit burlesquey with it.
