Lightbulb Save The Date pictures at a baseball field... at night!

Long story short... my friend owns and operates an adult baseball league, so I casually took photos of the games throughout the summer season. A guy in the league really liked my shots and asked if I he could help me build my portfolio... he wants me to shoot his Save The Date (Wedding) pictures.

All fine and dandy, except I don't own a great camera or lens... especially for this. On top of that, he and his fiance want to take the pictures at a baseball field (they are big baseball buffs), and at night!

So the questions I have... please let me know your thoughts, and what you would do/change.

Camera (I will have to rent all this)
1. Canon 5D Mark II
2. Canon 85mm f/1.2L II
3. Canon Speedlite 580EX II

I have used the 5D before, and I am comfortable with it. I have a basic Canon SLR so I know all the functions and settings with Canon SLRs. I typically use the Aperture priority, and rarely Manual.

Are there any other lenses you think I would need? Should I use a flash with such a fast lens, and is the stadium lighting going to be bad?

I asked the couple if they would mind doing the shots in the late afternoon in natural light... and if it is overcast that day, early afternoon... that a good idea?

Camera Settings
Aperture: f/1.2 - f/2.0
Shutter: 1/60th - 1/00th
ISO: As low as possible depending on Aperture and Shutter.

I think the Aperture will need to be at least f/1.6 to get both subjects in focus... I read the depth of field is crazy with this lens... anyone have experience?

The Shots
I just don't know how I want to shoot them in the field... where and how... they are big baseball buffs, so I would like to incorporate that into the shot. Any ideas would be great. They are very easy going and just want to have fun with it... nothing super serious.

Thank you in advance for any advice!
