Help with posing for head shots please?

I would like any advise you can give on posing someone to do head shots. I've shot weddings, engagements, events, kids and I've done 2 head shot sessions. Both were with men and they came out OK but I have an older lady, in her 70s maybe who is looking for some shots for her portfolio and I'd like some suggestions.
This is for her on line portfolio, she is an aspiring actress, very short. I would not call her fat or even chunky but she has a bit of a belly. She's very energetic even a bit wild and I'd love her personality to really show. They don't all have to be your classic HEAD shot pictures. Some full body shots are fine.
