Default Fitness Photos

A local personal trainer would like me to take some photos to promote his business. I don't have a studio or lighting or anything like that, so I am relying on an outdoor shoot in natural light. Most pictures I've seen online rely on artificial light in order to make the muscles really stand out. I am not sure the best way to go about this with natural light. Any ideas??

Thanks!

Harsh light. Most of the time photographers use bare flash, so you'll want fairly harsh light outside.
