Hi,
Well I guess I have to make the transition from Amatuer to Pro sometime and Thursday night will be a stepping stone towards this! I have been asked to take photos for a charity while they are on an evening out, so I would like your best tips for taken group photos please! Oh and please share you're experiences of your first photo shoots (but only if they're good, I'm nervous enough as it is lol)! Thanks PS: I will upload the photos when they are done!

Don't be nervous. I would just walk around with your camera out so people are aware that you are there to take photographs. Then start by asking a few if they would mind getting their picture taken. Others will see this, and be more reluctant in getting their picture taken. Then when you feel more comfortable you can start doing some candid shots, and most everyone else won't pay you any mind as you start snapping away. If people see you nervously taking quick shots, and putting your camera down then they may not be so willing to get their photo taken.
