Default Why do i get Orange tint in pics

while i take night pics inside under lights, i mostly get orange tint. when flash is put on i lose the depth in pic i am pissed off really. i have lost many wonderful moments for this reason. whats wrong i am doing n is there any software to correct it (But then it wont remain original)....help me plz

Sounds like a white balance problem. The camera might be making a mistake in what it sets the white balance for in the picture. If you're shooting under normal incandescent bulbs, try manually setting the WB in your camera to tungsten.

You might be able to fix the white balance in a program like Photoshop, Lightroom, Picasa, GIMP, etc.
