For this particular walk, it happened this past Saturday. It's only done once a year. Tulsa is big enough that I would think they have a meet up group. Search flickr or meetup.com. You may be able to find something there.

Thumbs up Wordwide photo walk
Just been browsing the site and came across the link for the Scott Kelby Worldwide photo walk,this has made my day as i live in Menorca Spain and there is a walk that takes place here so i will put this in my note book for next year and hope to take part in it,.
