So, just had my ultrasound Monday. It was pretty awesome to see our lil nugget rolling around in there. I edited these is PSE so you can tell whats what when looking at them. The line that goes across them all is from the trifold to fit in an envelope. Why they couldnt have used a manila envelope is beyond me. *eye roll* They don't have a printer at the docs office, so they had to mail them to me.
This is the face looking down from the top of the head. ![]() Hand ![]() Legs and Butt ![]() This is a photo I took while going thru some clothes the other day to see what still fit. I noticed I looked more pregnant and not so much just fat in this. I figured my family and friends back home might like to see the baby bump. Nevermind the dark roots of the pink hair. I've got to get some dye and dye it back to a natural color. The pink is too much hassle in upkeep being pregnant. I've decided that I might do highlights later though. I love it, and hate to give it up, but it just isn't practical at the moment. ![]() Still don't know the sex of the baby. The ultrasound techs were leaning more towards one sex over the other, but it was too hard to tell. I have to have another one though, because they couldnt get a good look at the tailbone, and the placenta is low. It needs to be higher, but the doc said that it usually migrates to where it needs to be later, but that they need to make sure it does. So, I get another one in 5 weeks. Either way, Hubby and I are going to go to this place and get a 3D ultrasound done. Better pics, and a more definite on the sex of the baby, as long as it cooperates.

You're obviously very excited about having this baby Amber - good on you and I hope all goes well for you and bub. Unfortunately, I can't say "What a beautiful baby" from those images

Well I am fairly certain that the forth picture is of a female human being, the other three -- well I'll take your word for them. When my wife had ultrasounds some 20 years ago I just nodded my head and agreed with whatever the doctor said - as I could just see a bunch of static -- I really don't know how they can tell anything looking at them. Congrats anyway!

I think your ISO is set a bit high; I'm seeing quite a bit of noise in all of these.
What? This isn't the critique section? ![]() Congratulations. Your life is about to change more than you can know. It will be painful and glorious, tedious and exciting -- and you'll always have a subject for photographs.
