Default First Photo Shoot... YAH!

Hello everyone! Been awhile since I've had some free time to come and post something. Anyway, today was great. One of my best friends knew I got a SLR for Christmas and asked me to do some maternity photographs. I picked out a pond behind another friend's house. I want to do more of these. Comments appreciated, critique encouraged. I want to know if you guys like the background? Or is it too blown out? I did some Camera Raw adjustments and some Noise Reduction in some pictures, but not too much editing was done. Anyway, thanks for looking, and go HERE on my flickr.com account to see more shots from today.

I really like the first photograph. I think it is a little dark on her/face. I really like the composition though and the setting. If you have access to that place alot I'm sure we will be seeing some more shots from there! If you could have used some type of fill light it would have really set it off. Nice lighting on the second one. Also, I am no board police but be ready for some one to come by and tell you only one photo posted at a time in the critique section. Thanks for sharing your photos though.

A pretty shot, I like the sunset. Personally I like a couple of the others with less sky a little more.
