Hey all,
It's been a while since i last posted something here for some real critique, so i guessed i might as well post something here to humble myself. I pesonally like the dirty, grimey feel of the surroundings next to the pristine look of the guitar. So what do you guys think of the overall look ( lighting / composition ) and feel of this shot ? ![]() Exposure: 0.02 sec (1/50) Aperture: f/5.6 Focal Length: 18 mm ISO Speed: 400 Exposure Bias: 0 EV Flash: No Flash Thanks for the feedback

To me, it would be more interesting if the guitar were at an angle instead of straight up and down int he middle of the frame
Not so sure I am fond of the harsh white spot either.

I agree, the angle doesn't do much to grab my attention. Where it not for the title of the post, I wouldnt have associated grunge with it either. I don't think that heavy vignette achieved it. A crushed beer can a couple of cigarette butts might be a good addition
(jk)I think it's a promising concept, and may be a good exercise in finding a more dramatic perspective, and as windrider mentioned, that flare of light needs to be controlled too. Where it me, I might try getting in tighter and lower on the guitar. I would be tempted to offer an example of what I mean but I only have a PS3 Guitar Hero controller, so will refrain.
