Question Ukulele Players

I took this picture at a ukulele circle. I was trying out a brand new lens and didn't get all the settings right for proper exposure so I did a fair bit of tweaking in Photoshop. I'm fairly happy with it but feel like there's something a bit lacking. Would love some feedback.

Personally I really like this photo. I think you did a good job of capturing the moment and its very sharp as well. My only critique is the framing of the shot. It looks a little cut off with an empty space in the center. I don't really see anyway to fix that though except to re shoot it. I still really like the shot however.

Hmmm...good point about the 6 strings. I was attending a ukulele circle at the time I took this shot and the instrument that guy is playing is definitely too small to be a guitar. I don't honestly know what it is in that case. His friend is definitely playing a ukulele.

It's probably a six string uke. They can have up to eight with the multiples tuned in pairs. I struggle just playing with four.

Nice photo. I like the treatment and the cropping. The hair and hat on the player of the six string gets a little lost in the background though. You might dodge him a little to brighten him up.
