Default Please help me with this picture

This is my friend's daughter playing at the park...I like the picture but want to know if there is something I can do to make it better.

Honestly, I don't think it would be worth it. The haze makes one eye so off from the other which is sharp. We are looking up her nose, not very pleasant. Lots of lost detail in the blown area of her hair camera right.

i agree with Iputman that the angle when you took this photo is not pleasant. doesn't do justice to the pretty girl. but that is just my opinion and since you said you liked this picture, i think you have to really learn how to use photoshop.

i did the liberty of making a sample and posted it back.

I don't mind the critique at all. I value the opinions on here so thank you. It was worth a shot. I'm new to this and I need to know what I'm doing wrong.
