I shot this portrait using available natural light in the late afternoon.
The original looked a bit washed out because of the similar color in the wall and shirt. In person my eye did not pick-up the similarity with the shirt, but when looking at the raw print, they were too close. Because of this, the original was nice, but to me held no interest/drama. In PP, I cropped to 8x10, sharpened up the face, and played with saturation and contrast for more 'depth'. Question is: does this portrait hold your interest? Any comments are welcome A C ![]() ________________ D300 50mm 1.8 @ f2.4 ISO 800 1/45 sec
