Default B&W Conversion

I got my daughter to spend some time with me today taking some shots I intended to convert to b/w. She was a bit reluctant towards the end, but I liked her expression in this shot. Would like to know if I did OK with the conversion. I used Photoshop to make the adjustments. Also do you think her eyes are sharp enough. I didn't do anything to them in post.

Whatever

My apeture was wide open because it was late in the day and I was afraid to use the flash, maybe I should have???

Camera: Nikon D300
Exposure: 0.017 sec (1/60)
Aperture: f/1.8
Focal Length: 50 mm
ISO Speed: 250
Exposure Bias: 0 EV
Flash: No Flash

I really like this shot. I like the eyes and the BW conversion. You did good.

I think it's ok. Not that I'm expert or something, but it seams fine without flash.

I love it! i think she's beautiful - and she looks sassy here. I think no flash was a great call. I think B&W was also a great call.

The lighting is actually rather nice! I'm not wild about the amputated hand at camera right or for her eyes staring out into space however.
