Default 1st self portrait ever

Nothing in photoshop except for black and white?? Too boring?

Self portaits are tough!!

i think the picture looks nice in B&W. but I think a softer expression might have helped.

this one scares me a little bit

Besides that, i like the overall composition....

I think the compostition and the lighting are good.
A good tip for SPs: a tripod (+ a remote and/or a timer) and gazillion shots (better chance of getting a few good ones )!

And pssst; the exif data is required in the rules. ^__^

ha that's funny. when i first saw it i thought of the old TV series "Land of the Giants" (ya I'm old school) - when the giants would look in on the captured little people...

Despite the mood it may or may not evoke, I think it is a very good capture, properly exposed. Great job.
