Default Fiance in the snow

Hi everyone

We went for a walk in the snow this afternoon and I managed to get some shots of my fiance. I'm not using Photoshop at the moment but did a slight bit of processing this evening with Picassa. Can I get your thoughts on the contrast? Did I over do it?

For those of you who are interested, here is the rest of the set.

Thanks for any comments

It looks good on my monitor. I love her hair, and eyes. It's hard to judge the skin tone....it was cold out.

She doesn't seem very happy.

Composition suggestion. When you are not filling the entire frame with the subject, be sure to utilize the Rule-of-Thirds. Overall, it's more pleasing to the eye.

i agree with sdstone00. l really like the background and how you've found a gap in the ivy that kind of frames her so i can see why you didn't get in too close but i don't love the "just off centre" composition.

i think the colors on your lady are lovely (hair, eyes and coat). Not sure about the pinky skin (being as it is chilly this could be true to life i wouldn't know being in sunny australia) but the red of the bricks seems a little overdone so it makes me wonder ?
