Default Are the eyes too soft?

I tried to focus on the eyes but the far eye appears too soft to me. Comments appreciated.

I think the far eye seems too soft, too. And I'm surprised, because usually with f2.8 I can get both eyes sharp, even with my subject at an angle like that.

It's a beautiful photo, nonetheless!

Yeah, the far eye is definitely too soft; the near eye actually looks a tad OOF also...looks to me like the focus fell on her hair above her left eye.

Have you tried using a DOF calculator? Here's a link: Online Depth of Field Calculator

Otherwise, really nice - the lighting is lovely. It might be a touch underexposed, though. But that's a nitpick, I tend to like light/bright portraits and often purposely overexpose mine a wee bit.

Very pretty model and I love the windblown hair!
